The purpose of a locally developed, Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan (Coordinated Plan) is to identify community resources for transportation and mobility. Understand the gaps and unmet needs within those resources and determine the approach to addressing those gaps and unmet needs. The Muskingum County Coordinated Plan is updated annually.
Also feel free to take the Public Transit Survey that is below. This will help Mobility Management and Public Transit meet your needs!

Hello, I’m Nicki Silver, the Mobility Manager for Muskingum and Guernsey Counties at South East Area Transit. As the Mobility Manager my main goal is to educate the community on the
many ways of transportation that are available to them. As transportation options expand in our area it is my job to make utilizing them as easy as possible for you and your loved ones. Even with transportation expanding, we are still finding many gaps.
By identifying these gaps we can explore new opportunities and Coordinate transportation services to meet our communities needs.
